Born and raised on SSI. Worked in a bakery for 17 years before baking from home. I make everything from scratch, incorporating fresh local ingredients where I can. I've done elopement cakes for Hastings House, mostly using floral garnishes grown at Bullock Lake Farm. I can do multiple tiers, and always deliver cakes to their destination with the utmost care. I love the creativity of bringing artistic and theme visions to life through my baking.
